Where we ship

We ship worldwide.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order, to every country. No minimum, no threshold. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay us.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 working day. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, expect delivery within 6 to 8 working days.

This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Customs processing and carrier delays are outside our control and can extend this period, particularly for destinations outside Europe.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. If you have not received it within 3 days of ordering, check your spam folder, then write to us at contact@akkerfassi.com.

Customs and import duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees levied by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before confirming your order. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we can resend it at your cost, or refund the order.
