- Acceptance
By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
- Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.
- Products
We make every effort to display our products accurately. Aker fassi is a hand-made product: pots vary slightly in size, shape and finish, and the pigment is applied by hand. Colour on screen may differ from the product you receive, and the final tone on the skin varies from person to person. These variations are inherent to the product and are not defects.
- Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros. VAT is not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed. Payment is taken at the time of order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
- Delivery
Shipping is free worldwide. Orders are dispatched within 1 working day and typically arrive within 6 to 8 working days. See our Shipping policy for full details. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.
- Returns and refunds

- Correct use of the product
Our product is a cosmetic for external use on the lips and cheeks. Do not use on broken or irritated skin. Keep out of reach of children. Patch test before first use if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and seek medical advice if it persists. The full ingredient list is available on the product page — please review it before use if you have any known allergies.
- Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, photographs, logos, and design — is our property or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our written consent.
- Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
- Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
In case of a dispute, please contact us first at contact@akkerfassi.com — most issues are resolved within a day. If we cannot reach an agreement, consumers resident in the European Union may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
- Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
